The Waikoloa Dry Forest Recover Project is funded largely through cost-share programs that provide reimbursement for labor and time donated by volunteers. Our supporters are the DLNR Forest Stewardship Program, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, and The Waikoloa Village Outdoor Circle.
